Comfortable room with a fresh look, just steps away from downtown dining and shopping. Staff showed genuine care. Cleanliness was a slight concern, with some areas needing more attention, and the breakfast options lacked diabetic-friendly choices. Parking was convenient, a major plus for a hassle-free stay.

Hotel was well-maintained, really enjoyed our stay.
Everything there was good and the staff were helpful. The rooms were brand-new, fine with a king size bed, ideal for us. The food was reasonably priced. The location a few steps away from city centre was great and comfortable.

Its location is favourable, right by all the parks.

Breakfast was good.
There was heavy smoke smell in a "smoke free" room that we had to put up with since no other rooms were available.

We liked the breakfast (especially the eggs/griddle) which was very popular and therefore very busy (lineup). We didn't appreciate that when we complained we couldn't get on the internet, it wasn't fixed until much later when another guest complained.
The bookings site did not allow us to ask for a senior's discount so we paid too much and bookings were already printed out when we arrived so we couldn't ask for the discount at the hotel when checking in.

Nice size of room, and they let us park a 2nd vehicle there prior to check in as well as keeping my cello in the office until the room was ready.

Nice building and rooms on lower level. Location - good, next to restaurants, Custer State Park and Wind Cave National Park, and downtown and free parking. Also, close to town center.
Wi-Fi was slow.

Very convenient to the town and eating. Also a central location for many of the popular sites.
The air conditioner didn't work that well.

This location has no idea what breakfast should be. Wifi worked for two hours then not again for the duration of the rest of our visit.

The staff at Days Inn were friendly and very helpful. They remembered me from my previous stay. My room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. I enjoyed using the pool for some laps and unwinding in the hot tub afterward. The location is perfect, away from heavy traffic and noise, nice for a quiet night's sleep.
The breakfast selection was limited, and could use improvement.

I had reasonably priced room with 2 beds. The location was central, absolutely perfect close to everything I wanted to see.
Some of the staff were rather noisy.
